United Hebrew Congregation Terre Haute will host Shabbat services at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2017, at Temple Israel. Student Rabbi Aaron Rozovsky will officiate.

Student Rabbi Aaron Rozovsky will conduct Torah study at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 11, in the Vestry Room at Temple Israel. Purim-heavy topics will include: The ancestors and descendants of Haman Why we drown out the name of Haman The revelry of Purim Shabbat Zachor A 1 p.m. Torah study will follow at Westminster Village.

Student Rabbi Aaron Rozovsky will conduct Torah study at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 11, to serve senior residents at Westminster Village, 1120 E. Davis Drive in Terre Haute. United Hebrew Congregation members and guests are welcome to attend.

United Hebrew Congregation Sisterhood will sponsor a Megillah reading by Student Rabbi Aaron Rozovsky and Purim celebration at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, March 12, in the Vestry Room at Temple Israel. All are welcome! Refreshments will include kosher hot dogs, chips, side dishes and hamentaschen and coffee.

Temple Sisterhood will spring back into action after its winter break with a lunch meeting at noon Tuesday, March 14, at Clabber Girl Bake Shop, 900 Wabash Avenue in Terre Haute. To review food choices, check out the Bake Shop menu. After lunch, members will tour the attached Clabber Girl Museum.
