I don’t care where the beef is, but where are the cups? I went to get four cups from our beautiful set of antique dishes and out of a set of around 200, there is only one cup. In “Beauty and the Beast”, I know cups can walk and talk, but I’m sure our cups did not walk away alone. If anyone knows where the cups are, please share it with me!
Training puts UHC in the mix for Sacred Places grant
A six-member team from UHC, including Herschel Chait, Jo Einstandig, Betsy Frank, Laney Meis, Scott Skillman and Terry Fear, participated in four training sessions during a nine-month period that put UHC in position to apply for a $5,000 SPI grant. Here is the team’s report about their experiences.

Tornado warning extends Shabbat Oneg
Temple Sisterhood sponsored an Oneg following services on Friday, Sept. 10. Student Rabbi Aaron Rozovsky officiated, delivering a sermon in which he shared his thoughts on the anniversary of 9/11, from his perspective as an Army National Guard veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
