Betsy Frank led services and candle-lighting for the seventh night of Hanukkah, Karen Harris brought home-made doughnuts and visitors and guests contributed to a healthy turnout for Shabbat services Friday, Dec. 30, at Temple Israel.
Holiday returnees included Wendell Minnick and wife Isabel, who live in Taiwan, and Michael Black and daughter Alice, from Massachusetts.
Karl Zucker led Kiddush to honor the Yahrzeit of his father, Jay H. Zucker.
